Returns and Cancellations Policy

This Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy is updated and effective as of August 18, 2025

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms for refunds, returns, and order cancellations for purchases made through our online store.

1. Order Cancellations

Before Shipping:
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been placed with the carrier for shipment.  For any requested cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at inquiries@us.aftpharm.shop with your order number.

If your order has not yet been placed with the carrier for shipment, we will make reasonable efforts to process your cancellation. However, please be advised that cancellation may not be possible once shipmentt has begun. While we cannot guarantee the cancellation of orders after purchase, we will make reasonable efforts to address such requests promptly and in good faith.

After Shipping:
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible to return the item once it is delivered. See the Returns & Refunds section below for more details.

 

2. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived expired or within 3 months of expiry

 

Return Timeframe:  Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging, except in cases where a defect or issue was discovered upon initial use (e.g., faulty applicator or incorrect product consistency). All return requests must include valid proof of purchase.

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method; and
  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days.

 

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at inquiries@us.aftpharm.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo (if applicable, e.g., for damaged or incorrect items)

We will respond with return instructions and a return shipping address.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items (as marked)

 

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (for instance due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

If the return is our responsibility, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

9. Amendments

This policy may be amended from time to time by AFT Pharmaceuticals and the amended version will be effective for orders placed after the updated Policy replaces the earlier version on the Site.
