Delivery and Shipping Policy

 

This Delivery and Shipping Policy is updated and effective as of August 18, 2025.

This Delivery Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and any capitalized terms used in this Policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.

 

Delivery and acceptance

Delivery of products is deemed to occur at the earlier of the time that:

1.       You, or your nominated carrier takes possession of the products; or

2.       The products are delivered to your nominated address, even if you are not present at the address.

You agree that you will take delivery whenever the products are delivered (even if not at the estimated time or date). If you are unable to take delivery of the Goods at the time that they are delivered, we are entitled to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery and/or storage.

Unless you have selected ‘authority to leave’, if there is no one available for acceptance of a delivery, we may refuse delivery and reserve the right to charge you reasonable fees for storage and re-delivery.

If you select 'authority to leave' or request that the products be left at or outside of your delivery address, we are not liable for any loss to you, including if the products are stolen or become damaged due to being left outside. 

Delivery areas

Delivery is available to all 50 states and select U.S. territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please note that orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are subject to a remote area surcharge, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery charges
We always show the delivery fee at the checkout, so you know your total order cost right away. The delivery charges will be automatically calculated and will be included as a separate line in your order.

Customer details

Please ensure your delivery address and other contact information is accurate.

If you have provided incorrect delivery details, please contact us at inquiries@us.aftpharm.shop as soon as possible. Provided that your products have not been placed with the carrier for shipment, we will attempt to update the delivery address.  However, please note that this may not be possible, and such updates may result in additional delivery or re-delivery fees. We will not be liable for non-delivery or delayed parcels due to incorrect address and other contact details.

You acknowledge and agree that we may elect to not deliver products to a delivery address where we reasonably believe that the products are likely to be stolen or damaged, or we deem the delivery address to be unsafe for any reason. In this case, we will contact you to arrange alternative delivery options.

Delivery timeframes

Standard delivery is estimated at 3 business days for mainland U.S. addresses. Please allow extra time for deliveries to territories or states located off the mainland U.S.

You acknowledge and agree that delivery timeframes are estimates only and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any delay in delivery of an order.

Lost or damaged orders
If you have not received your order within 2 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at inquiries@us.aftpharm.shop. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for orders that have been marked as 'delivered'.

Amendments
This Policy may be amended from time to time by AFT Pharmaceuticals US, Inc and the amended version will be effective for orders placed after the updated Policy replaces the earlier version on the Site.
